The Architecture of Sovereign Analytics

For enterprise operational leaders, finding performance indicators means submitting requests to data analysts, waiting hours for SQL generation, and manual-checking spreadsheet equations. If these spreadsheets are uploaded to third-party public AI providers, they violate corporate confidentiality rules.

OpsERP solves this bottleneck. We built a custom operational dashboard connected to a private database server. We embedded a localized, secure LLM agent ("OpsERP KPI Analyst") directly into the side panel of the suite.

Autonomous Database Execution

When the admin clicks "Analyze fleet metrics and calculate cost KPIs" or prompts the analyst:

• 1. The AI agent autonomously reads the database schema structure of the fleet trips, drivers, and expenses records.
• 2. It writes precise SQL equations locally (e.g. calculating fleet utilization rates or trip averages) and queries the local SQL node securely.
• 3. It structures the output, cites the exact sources, and updates the KPI panel in less than 2 seconds, with zero external tokens or cloud costs.
